Principal
Susan Levin is a facilitator, trainer, coach and mediator. For more than 25 years, Levin has worked with thousands of employees from nonprofit, corporate and public organizations in the United States and abroad. She focuses on maximizing individual and organizational strengths to bring out the most effective skills and approaches. Levin has trained employees on a variety of topics, including time management. Internationally, Susan works worldwide with the United Nations facilitating leadership development programs and coaching managers. She has also worked in Cuba, Russia and Bosnia. As a certified mediator with the Supreme Court of Virginia, Levin facilitates dialogue between people in conflict so that they can find new ways to resolve their problems. She was given a Faculty Excellence Award by the Graduate School and is a contributing writer to the book, The Insider’s Guide to Supervising Government Employees. Levin has a master’s degree in international affairs from The George Washington University.
